On behalf of the Board of Directors of Scientex, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to inform that 25,124,249 new ordinary shares in Scientex have been allotted and issued as Consideration Shares to the Vendors pursuant to the CSSA and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 February 2019.
Accordingly, this marks the completion of the Acquisition pursuant to the CSSA.
