Beyond Borders – Scientex’s Exquisite Overseas Journey into Affordable Homes

Scientex property division executed a ‘cross-border strategy’ that expanded its original presence from Johor to various peninsular states in over 30 township developments. Scientex now marks its first international property market expansion by partnering with Creed Group and Altitude to develop an affordable housing project near Bangkok.

On the 3 November, as part of our strategic roadmap to expand our affordable housing brand into various new markets in the Southeast Asia region, the company entered into a joint-venture with Altitude, an established real estate developer in Thailand, and Creed Group, a Japanese real-estate investment group, for a stake in an affordable housing development project just 25km from the city centre of Bangkok. The 10.1-acre development is expected to commence construction by the end of 2023.
