Requirements:
  • Degree in Polymer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of technical development experience, preferably in plastics packaging industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Mature and analytical as well as able to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities:
  • To study on process improvement flow and implementation to ensure that product are manufactured to customer requirements and cost efficiency
  • Responsible for new product development and conduct functional and feasibility studies on all R&D matters.
  • To carry out trouble shooting on processing and technical issue.
  • To study on manufacturing operation and process in order to improve yield and quality
  • To support Sales with technical advise on handling customer’s compliant    
  • To work closely with Sales and Manufacturing on product development and improvement.
  • To ensure that all new development and new material testing are properly documented as per procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications:

Duties & Responsibilities:
