• Have 3-5 years’ experience in repairing or change machine parts
• Able to supervise and train maintenance supervisor/technicians in job tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To carry out routine maintenance work and ensure all preventive maintenance as per schedule
• To repair machine when the machine in critical breakdown, troubleshoot including mechanical, electrical and electronic parts
• To check and ensure any machine repair is being carried out properly and must follow up the machine closely
• To inform and update inventory to HOD/ Purchaser on machine spare parts
• To maintain records for all machine running parameter and document all repairs using the existing reporting system
• To corporate with manufacturing engineers and production team to improve production facility, reduce breakdown and develop strategies for overall reliability & plant safety for personnel and production process
• To prepare analytical report on machine efficiency & machine utilization, and to propose action plan optimise productivity
• To ensure machine engineering and technical work comply with the standard & requirements
• To perform other duties or tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
