Scientex 53rd Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Fifty-Third Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 9 November 2021 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 8 December 2021. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
