Scientex won the ‘Top 10 Developers Award’ at the prestigious BCI Asia Awards 2023 which was held on Friday, 23 June 2023 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and was graced by the Works Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam Ahmad. This international scale award event has been held regularly by BCI Central since 2003 to recognise property developers and architecture firms that have built and designed the greatest value of properties during the last calendar year, with consideration for the extent of its’ sustainability efforts as well. Apart from Malaysia, this award was also held in 6 other countries in Asia, namely Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
