The shareholders of Scientex had approved a single tier final dividend of 10 sen per ordinary share in respect of the FYE 31 July 2017 and the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at Scientex’s Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting respectively pm 6 December 2017.
