Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film
Our two Cast Polypropylene (CPP) and metallised film plants are set up with capability to produce 24,000MT CPP film per annum hence it is the biggest in Malaysia.
PP and metallised film are widely used in food packaging. In line with the food packaging market need, our plants are designed and set up with production capability to meet the stringent “food safety” requirements and is equipped with sophisticated and advanced manufacturing machinery from the world’s leading supplier. Our plants are able to produce high quality multi -layer CPP film and high barrier metallised film such as MCPP, MBOPP, MPET, etc.
The main market of our supply of CPP film and metallised film is to flexible packaging film converters and currently our production caters to both local and export markets.
CPP Films
CPP films which possess characteristic of high gloss and transparency, good heat seal strength and good thickness uniformity. Our range includes mainly transparency, metallised, and white CPP film.
We constantly carry out research and development our film properties in vertically so as to serve broaden application with low cost, top quality and high products efficiency. Our focus in specialty CPP film application includes hot filling and retort application, high speed packaging application and high impact for outer bag and freeze application.
