The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Fifty-Seventh Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 18 November 2025 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 17 December 2025. The results of the poll were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. This announcement is dated 17 December 2024.
